Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive growth by identifying and securing new business with agencies, brands, and entertainment partners.
Help position IAMSTATIC as a creative leader in design and animation through outbound efforts, pitch leadership, and smart strategy.
Act as a trusted partner to clients, aligning our creative offering with their business goals.
Lead pitches and presentations in collaboration with directors, designers, and producers—turning rough ideas into compelling narratives and production-ready plans.
Represent IAMSTATIC at industry events and in strategic conversations across the CA, US, and EU markets.
Build, maintain, and strengthen a library of decks, case studies, and marketing materials.
Transitioned awarded projects into production, owning scopes, budgets, schedules, and early-stage client communication.
Provide high-level oversight on production while empowering producers to lead day-to-day execution.
Mentor producers and artists, helping to build a strong, balanced, and inspired internal culture.
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, strengthen operations, and define the future of the studio.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a business development, executive producer, or client services role in the design/animation/VFX space.
A strong network of agency and brand contacts (especially in the US/Europe).
Confidence in pitching work, leading conversations, and shaping creative strategies with clients.
Deep understanding of production pipelines across design, animation, VFX, and post.
The ability to lead with empathy, motivate teams, and push projects forward under pressure.
Strong instincts for what’s creatively exciting and commercially viable.
Strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across projects.
